You've already proven you can close enterprise deals. But you're still operating within someone else's structure, someone else's territory, and someone else's ceiling.

An international technology consultancy is building out its Thailand operation, and they've reached the point where referrals alone are no longer enough. Enterprise clients are already engaged. Revenue is already flowing. What's missing is someone who can take ownership of the market and turn momentum into scale.

This is that role.

You'll step in as the first dedicated sales hire in Bangkok, working directly with regional leadership to convert warm relationships into revenue and open new enterprise doors across retail and financial services. Early wins matter. Within your first three months, the expectation is clear: land initial deals, prove traction, and build a pipeline that can expand into multi-year transformation programmes.

The challenge isn't just closing, it's building. You'll shape how enterprise sales is done locally, navigating complex buying cycles, influencing senior stakeholders, and positioning high-impact solutions across application modernisation and AI-led transformation. You won't inherit a playbook. You'll create it.

And the impact is real.

Success here means more than hitting quota. It means becoming the person who built the Thailand commercial engine. Within 12 months, you could be hiring and leading your own team, with a clear path toward running the country operation.

You're likely someone who has closed enterprise deals recently and knows how to open conversations from nothing. You bring relationships into large Thai corporates, particularly in retail or financial services, and you're comfortable owning long, complex sales cycles. Just as important, you want more than stability. You want progression, visibility, and control over your own trajectory.
