Job Summary
As a Senior IT Service & Infrastructure Governance Specialist in our Technology team, you will be the strategic driver of governance excellence for our Cloud, Infrastructure, and Service Operation units. In the fast-paced world of Virtual Banking, you will not just enforce rules but architect a Governance by Design culture. You will ensure our digital banking services are resilient, secure, and fully compliant with various regulators while maintaining the agility required for a modern fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud & Modern Infrastructure Oversight: Establish and refine governance standards for Cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized workloads. Ensure infrastructure scaling and deployments follow best practices for security and cost-efficiency.
- Service Excellence & SRE Alignment: Lead the optimization of ITIL v4 processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and integrate them with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and DevOps workflows to achieve maximum system uptime.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Proactively ensure that all technology operations comply with Regulator's IT Risk standards, Cybersecurity Act, and PDPA. Act as the primary liaison for internal and external IT audits.
- Automated Governance & Monitoring: Drive the transition from manual checks to Compliance as Code. Work with the Ops team to implement automated monitoring tools that provide real-time visibility into governance health.
- Resilience & Disaster Recovery: Oversee the robustness of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) for critical banking services, ensuring the bank is always-on (24/7).
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate closely with Cloud Engineers and Developers to balance speed of innovation with risk management. Be a Solution Partner rather than just a Gatekeeper.
Qualifications
- Experience:5-8+ years in IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, or IT Governance. Experience within the Banking, Fintech, or highly regulated technology sectors is a significant advantage.
- Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of modern infrastructure, including Cloud services, Microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and IT risk frameworks (e.g., BOT IT Risk, SEC, COBIT, or NIST).
- Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
- While not mandatory, certifications such as ITIL v4, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, or Cloud Architect certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are considered a strong plus and will be highly regarded.
