- Set up and manage IT infrastructure, including networks and servers such as file, email, and application servers.
- Maintain and improve systems to ensure stability and support business growth.
- Provide daily IT support to users, troubleshooting issues with computers, laptops, and software.
- Respond to user requests on time and keep records of problems and solutions.
- Act as the main contact between the Thailand factory and an international IT team.
- Support system updates, testing, and share user feedback or issues with the head office.
- Install and manage software such as Microsoft Office, and other tools, ensuring proper licensing.
- Take care of the server room, including monitoring servers, storage, and system performance.
- Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance to avoid system issues.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support.
- Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of network protocols.
- Familiar with Windows Server and Linux systems.
