IT Supply Chain Management (SCM) Assistant Manager

UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Fast Retailing group. The IT Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Management (SCM) shall responsible for the whole local business scope from IT leadership point of view. Region IT lead shall demonstrate strong leadership and responsibility for IT project management, IT organization management and IT solution development and deployment. These IT activities are not

limited in specific scope, covering the whole area including Store, EC, SCM warehouse and Corporate office areas. For IT activity related with business area, IT lead should collaborate with the respective business users to analyze and put together the business requirements as well as implement new processes to drive business impact.

The role is expected to collaborate with global headquarters and other Uniqlo business regions to deliver results.

Responsibilities:

• Work as business partner with client department leaders and users to analyze business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions, then drive to deliver the agreed solution.
• Lead and execute IT projects with global IT team, full commitment making operationally established condition.
• Daily monitoring and support of WMS including WMS in DC Warehouse and E-commerce warehouse. Ensure all interfaces are processed successfully.
• Report and escalate issues that encountered, perform level 2 troubleshooting and provide quick resolution.
• Standby during sales peak and prepare preventive action plan.
• Manage vendors IT Team on new enhancement development and deployment.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent major
• Having minimum 2 years of experience ofWMS support experience
• Having minimum 3 years of experience in Retail or Logistics business, as IT area and experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and 3PL Integration Systems are preferred.
• Able to solve complex problems with process improvement and system enhancement to achieve business goals.
• Business level communication in English and Thai
• Working experience in Global Organization/ Projects
• Domestic/Regional travel is required

Working Hour:

• Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00
