Responsibilities:
Install and support end-user computers, peripheral devices, and IP Phones.
Update and maintain relevant reference information for IT systems.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
Provide technical assistance and problem resolution for computer systems.
Support training activities and develop training manuals and documentation for internal processes.
Qualifications:
Experience in IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with IP Phone systems and related equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
