This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll take ownership of end-user IT operations across a large, complex organisation. You'll be at the centre of keeping thousands of employees productive, while shaping how IT support evolves at scale.

What you'll be doing

You'll take full responsibility for how IT support is delivered across the organisation, ensuring systems, devices, and services are consistently reliable and efficient. This includes overseeing daily operations, improving how incidents and requests are handled, and ensuring teams are aligned to deliver a high standard of service. You'll also play a key role in refining internal processes, working cross-functionally to resolve issues, and ensuring the support function keeps pace with business needs.

Your background

  • Solid experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or end-user support within large environments
  • Proven leadership of IT support or service desk teams, with responsibility for performance and development
  • Comfortable operating in organisations with high user volumes and complex support demands
  • Strong understanding of service management principles (ITIL knowledge is advantageous)
  • Hands-on familiarity with endpoint management, ticketing platforms, and support workflows
  • Confident communicator who can work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
