We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within a factory environment. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring smooth system operations on the production floor, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day support for MES applications used in manufacturing operations
- Identify system issues, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate fixes
- Work closely with internal teams (Infrastructure, Database, Application) and liaise with external vendors when necessary
- Maintain system stability and ensure timely resolution of user-reported problems
- Handle other assignments as delegated by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
- 2+ years experience in IT support or system administration, preferably within a manufacturing or electronics environment
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers and system-level commands
- Knowledge of technologies such as .NET, MS SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with manufacturing-related systems (MES, ERP, RPA) and strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and English communication skills
