Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, or Workplace Technology Support roles.
Proven experience in incident management, service request fulfilment, and end-user support within a corporate IT environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including VPN, and wireless connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) systems, meeting room technologies, video conferencing platforms, and collaboration tools.
Familiarity with IT asset management processes and asset lifecycle administration.
Basic understanding of IT security, access control, endpoint protection, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a multinational and geographically distributed IT support environment is preferred.
