IT support supervisor Thailand
Location: No. 2, 4, Soi Sukhaphiban 2, Soi 31, Dokmai, Prawet, Bangkok 10250, Thailand
Scope of job
Report to: IT director - infrastructure and security
Responsibility: Act as IT ambassador in Thailand factory, to take care all IT related issues that users may encounter, including but not limited to End user computing, networking, ERP system and others.
- End user computing support:
- Windows/ MacOS computer management & problem solving.
- Microsoft Office 365 (email, Teams, etc) and other business-related software tools.
- Active Directory user account management, creation, delegation, permission, decommission, etc.
- Printing maintenance & T-shooting.
- Hands experience on network cabling.
- Other IT related hardware management and maintenance.
- Handle issue reported by users via helpdesk platform.
- Manage background IT devices and environment.
- LAN networking and wireless maintenance.
- Regular monitoring for CCTV system.
- Daily patrol for IT room & server status.
- Server monitoring and backup operation.
- ERP & other IT resource support
- Work with ERP team in Guangzhou, to provide support service to ERP issues encountered by end users.
- Act as IT ambassador to take care of other IT issues that may occur within the factory.
Technical skillset
- Networking technologies, LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN.
- Good understanding of IT network knowledge.
- Microsoft enterprise technologies, AD domain, AAD, Microsoft 365.
- General knowledge about Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other ERP system.
Soft skills
- Good communication skills and enthusiasm for IT support service.
- Coordination, cooperation and team working ability.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with Thai as mother tongue.
- Proactive and responsible.
