Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to local users and troubleshoot software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of IT systems and applications from our China headquarters.
- Collaborate with the IT team in China to ensure smooth system integration and data synchronization.
- Translate technical documentation and communications between Chinese and Thai IT teams.
- Provide basic IT training to end-users on new systems and applications.
- Adhere to company IT policies and security procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM, sales order management, or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Thai is required. Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese is also necessary.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, specifically related to sales and distribution systems.
