Are you an experienced IT professional looking to lead end-to-end technology projects, manage core business systems, and drive operational efficiency
We are seeking a hands-on IT Systems Lead (ERP) to oversee our client internal IT operations, ERP systems, application development, and technical infrastructure.
In this role, you will bridge business processes with technology, supporting data analysis, and driving digital improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Vendor Management: Lead internal IT projects and coordinate with external service providers to deliver software and system solutions.
- Systems & ERP Oversight: Support, optimize, and manage core business applications, databases, and ERP systems to enhance operational productivity.
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting support for hardware, software, network infrastructure, and database systems.
- Compliance & Governance: Monitor IT-related regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA, ITIL) and ensure full compliance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Deliver monthly IT performance reports and support management with data analysis and tech solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of progressive IT experience, including team supervision or project leadership (experience in manufacturing is preferred).
Core Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience in ERP systems and database administration (SQL, MySQL).
- Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and programming languages (e.g., PHP, Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with modern IT infrastructure, virtualization (VMware/VDI), cloud platforms (Azure), and cybersecurity/firewalls.
- Good understanding of PDPA, ITIL, RPA, or low-code platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management.
Working days: Monday - Friday
Salary: THB 40,000 - 50,000
Transportation: Shuttle bus provided to work site (specified routes)
