IT Systems Support Engineer

Its Thailand subsidiary, established in Rayong as part of the company's regional expansion strategy, serves as a core hub for R&D, production, and technical support for nextgeneration EV charging connectors, wiring harnesses, and interconnection systems across Southeast Asia.
Role Purpose
We are seeking an IT Systems Support Engineer to oversee daytoday IT operations, ensure system stability, and support both office and manufacturing environments with efficient and reliable IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of local OA processes and standardized workflow systems.
- Provide daytoday support for PLM and SAP users, ensuring smooth system operations and problem resolution.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), including support for new project rollouts.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software packages, and IT peripherals.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including user setup, equipment preparation, and basic IT training.
- Maintain network infrastructure including LAN/WiFi, routers, and switches to ensure stable connectivity.
- Support office and production area printing devices and related systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration for Manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, network systems, routers, switches, and LAN/WiFi.
- Experience with SAP System and MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, serviceoriented mindset.
- Do not need Visa Sponsorship in the future
Hiring Process
- Two interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Final stage expected to be conducted onsite at the Rayong facility.
