This is a full-time, on-site role located at Amari Pattaya for an Italian Chef. The Italian Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic Italian cuisine, designing innovative menus, and ensuring high-quality presentations of dishes. The chef will oversee kitchen operations, adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, collaborate with the culinary team, and manage inventory effectively. Additionally, the role includes training and mentoring junior staff to uphold the restaurant's standards for excellence.

• Exceptional expertise in Italian cuisine, including traditional and contemporary dishes
• Strong menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation skills
• Proficiency in maintaining food safety, hygiene standards, and ensuring quality control
• Experience in managing kitchen operations, inventory, and cost control
• Ability to train, mentor, and lead a diverse culinary team
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Culinary arts certification or equivalent professional training; formal training in Italian cuisine preferred
• Proven experience working as an Italian Chef in upscale or luxury hospitality settings
• Commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
