Route the issue to the appropriate engineering tiers (Dev, SRE or Cybersecurity).
Leverage enterprise tools to enforce strict security policies without degrading the daily employee experience.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Corporate IT Security, with a team of SysAdmins or IT Support staff
ITSM & Triage Expertise: Experience setting up IT Service Management(ITSM) workflows and training helpdesk staff to accurately categorize, prioritize, and route cross-departmental tickets
Identity Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience configuring and managing enterprise IAM solutions
Endpoint Management: Managing devices with MDM solutions across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
Network Administration: Solid understanding of corporate networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP , Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and RADIUS authentication)
Mindset & Leadership: You possess strict security discipline and high user empathy. You understand that IT policies can frustrate employees, and you excel at communicating the why behind security controls while designing workflows that make doing the secure thing the easiest thing
