Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute market strategy for Japan
- Identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives
- Manage client relationships across domestic and international partners
- Oversee sales development, marketing activities, and brand positioning
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
- Travel internationally as required, with a focus on Japan market operations
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Japanese and English
- Deep understanding of Japanese business culture
- Proven experience in: Business development, Market expansion, Partnership building and deal closing
- Background in tourism, hospitality, logistics, or related industries
- Strong ownership mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated, resilient, and able to perform under pressure
