Japanese Translator & Interpreter

Responsibilities:

- Provided Thai-English-Japanese interpretation and translation support during meetings and daily operations within industrial manufacturing departments, including Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Quality Assurance (QA).

- Translated technical documents, reports, manuals, work instructions, and internal communications accurately and professionally among Thai, English, and Japanese languages.

- Coordinated communication between Japanese management, engineers, and local staff to ensure smooth operations and effective cross-functional collaboration.

- Supported manufacturing and operational activities by facilitating clear communication in meetings, troubleshooting discussions, and project coordination.

- Performed other assigned duties and administrative support tasks in accordance with company requirements and operational objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language or related fields.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Thai/English-Japanese interpretation during meetings, including document translation within an industrial manufacturing environment.

- Experience working with departments such as Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Quality Assurance (QA), preferably in metal stamping and metal mold/die manufacturing processes.

- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 or N2 level.

- Good command of English communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

- Patient, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
