Job Role: Java Full Stack Architect

Location: Remote (India)

Shift Timings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Architect to lead the design and

delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have deep

expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern Full Stack technologies, along with proven

experience in leading technical teams, engaging with clients, and driving end-to-end

solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance

enterprise applications.

Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of Full Stack developers.

Drive end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and

adherence to best practices.

Review technical designs, architecture, and code to maintain high engineering

standards.

Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate

them into technical solutions.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for client discussions, solution

workshops, and technical presentations.

Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates, identifying risks,

and proposing mitigation plans.

Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, QA, and cross-functional

teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, and release management.

Drive continuous improvement by adopting modern development practices,

cloud technologies, and automation.

Required Skills

12+ years of experience in Java application development and solution

architecture.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, REST

APIs, and Microservices.

Hands-on experience in Full Stack development using React.js or Angular,

JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud

platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, design patterns, scalable

application design, and performance optimization.

Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

Excellent client interaction, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with end-to-end project

ownership.
