Java Backend Developer

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developerto join our team. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient in development, particularly with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, and will have experience with a variety of tools and platforms including Docker, Oracle, Jenkins GitLab, Kubernetes, and Cassandra/NoSQL.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the Spring Framework and adhere to coding standards while writing and reviewing code.
• Participate actively in grooming calls by providing suggestions.
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure project completion.
• Share requirements and unblock stories as needed.
• Answer questions regarding stories on the board and provide possible ETAs.
• Maintain thorough business and technical knowledge of deployments and review code properly.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Cassandra, SQL/NoSQL, Jenkins GitLab, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
