The team focuses on delivering high-quality projects, services, and advisory support to clients in the banking and financial services domain.

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated professionals interested in building a career in consulting within the Banking Domain and Practice. As a Java Software Engineer, you will support Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams of business and technology consultants in delivering business-focused solutions using Oracle applications, tools, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop functional, design, and architecture knowledge of Oracle banking products.

- Develop extensions and customizations based on customer requirements, including UI/UX, business functionality, interfaces, integrations, reports, and visualizations.

- Assist in testing, deployment, customization, and development activities.

- Prepare documentation such as program specifications, unit test plans, test cases, technical documentation, release notes, and status reports.

- Engage with customers at different levels to deliver high-quality projects, services, and advisory support.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory Skills

- Graduate or post-graduate with 3-12 years of relevant field experience.

- Good knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, SOAP, and REST-based web services.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, JUnit, JMeter, Eclipse, Git, Jira, Ant, and Unix Shell scripting.

- Exposure to application servers, middleware concepts, and security concepts.

- Sound understanding of SDLC, including waterfall and agile models.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience working in the BFSI domain, specifically banking.

- Strong Oracle technology skills, including PL/SQL, SQL, and Java.

- Experience in end-to-end implementation from inception to go-live.

- Strong problem-solving skills and experience supporting critical project phases.
