Role: Java Technical Lead –

• Programme-level role spanning multiple concurrent enterprise engagements in healthcare, public-sector, and AI/cloud platforms.
• Must-have: Strong, hands-on technical leadership in Java/Spring Boot and .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), with working command of Python and Node.js.
• Must-have: Solid GenAI/LLM experience — fluent in RAG pipelines, LLM agents, vector search, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, and vLLM; must lead AI product tracks.
• Hands-on with cloud-native delivery: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and REST/GraphQL API design.
• Owns the product backlog and release roadmap; drives Agile/Scrum ceremonies (refinement, planning, review, retro).
• Defines and enforces CI/CD standards (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and trunk-based delivery.
• Coordinates SMEs, Data & Integration Architects, Full-Stack Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and SRE teams.
• Acts as primary technical interface with enterprise and public-sector clients; manages delivery risk and non-functional standards (security, performance, availability).
• Experience: 10+ years in software delivery, including 3+ years as Tech Lead/Product Owner, multi-vendor/multi-stack background, and exposure to at least two of: healthcare informatics, large-scale public-sector platforms, or GenAI/LLM platforms.
• Education: Bachelor's in CS/Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Soft skills: Decisive, strong communicator, stakeholder-savvy, calm under SLA pressure.
