【Job Information】

行业销售组实习生 -销售线

岗位职责

1.基础运营支持:负责业务行业销售组日常数据整理,通过精准的数据处理,为团队决策提供有效支撑。

2.售后问题协同处理:全程跟进售后咨询,及时向客户反馈处理进度与结果,收集客户对售后流程的意见建议,推动售后体系持续优化升级。

3.履约问题协调跟进:实时监控订单履约状态,一旦发现异常,迅速联动物流、仓储等部门,高效解决问题,确保订单按时交付。

岗位要求

1.本科及以上在校学生,物流管理、电子商务、国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业优先。

2.精通泰语和英语,具备出色的听说读写能力;掌握中文者优先考虑。

3.熟练使用 Excel、Word、PPT 等办公软件。

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Basic Operation Support: Responsible for the daily data collation of the business industry sales group, and provide effective support for team decision-making through accurate data processing.

2. Collaborative processing of after-sales issues: Follow up after-sales consultation throughout the process, promptly feedback the progress and results to customers, collect customers opinions and suggestions on the after-sales process, and promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of the after-sales system.

3. Coordinate and follow up on fulfillment issues: Real-time monitoring of order fulfillment status, once an abnormality is found, quickly link logistics, warehousing and other departments, efficiently solve the problem, and ensure that the order is delivered on time.

【Job Requirements】

1. Undergraduate students or above, majoring in logistics management, e-commerce, international trade, marketing and other related majors are preferred.

2. Proficient in Thai and English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; those who master Chinese are preferred.

3. Proficient in using Excel, Word, PPT and other office software.

商品供应链组实习生-采购线

岗位职责:

1.商品上架管理:采集录入商品信息,按标准上架;定期更新商品信息,优化上架流程。

2.发货履约跟踪:监控发货全流程,处理异常问题;与商家沟通,协同解决难题;分析履约数据,形成报告。

3.采销助理实践:参与采购谈判等基础工作,学习商品运营知识;协助制定推广策略,分析销售数据。

岗位要求:

1.本科及以上在校生,供应链、电商等相关专业优先。

2.精通泰语,英语良好,中文流利者优先。

3.熟练使用办公软件,熟悉电商平台操作,有相关经验者优先。

4.沟通协调、执行学习能力强,有责任心、创新与团队合作精神。

1. Product Shelf Management: Collect and enter product information, and put it on the shelves according to standards; regularly update product information and optimize the shelf process.

2. Delivery and fulfillment tracking: monitor the entire delivery process and handle abnormal problems; communicate with merchants to jointly solve problems; analyze fulfillment data and form reports.

3. Purchasing and Sales Assistant Practice: Participate in basic work such as procurement negotiations, learn commodity operation knowledge; assist in formulating promotion strategies and analyzing sales data.

履约供应链组实习生-物流供应链

岗位职责

1.供应商发货监控与优化,实时监控泰国供应商发货状态,预警异常情况。与供应商沟通解决发货问题,优化发货流程。

2.货物轨迹跟踪与反馈,跟踪货物运输轨迹,记录异常信息,及时向客服团队反馈货物动态及异常情况。

3.签收单管理,按规范制作客户签收单,确保信息准确,建立电子和纸质档案,定期整理盘点。

盯紧供应商发货:随时查看泰国供应商的发货情况,发现问题马上提醒。跟供应商沟通,解决发货问题,想办法让发货更快更顺。

盯着货物走到哪儿了:随时查物流信息,有问题就记下来,马上告诉客服团队货到哪儿了、有没有异常。

管好签收单:按要求做好客户签收单,保证信息没错,电子和纸质的都存好,定期整理核对。

岗位要求

1. Supplier shipment monitoring and optimization, real-time monitoring of Thai supplier shipment status, early warning of abnormal situations. Communicate with suppliers to solve shipment problems and optimize the shipment process.

2. Cargo track tracking and feedback, track cargo transportation tracks, record abnormal information, and promptly feedback cargo dynamics and abnormal situations to the customer service team.

3. Receipt management, prepare customer receipts according to specifications, ensure accurate information, establish electronic and paper files, and regularly organize inventory.
