Jewelry Designer

We are seeking a Jewelry Designer based in Bangkok to support our sourcing, design curation, photography, and quality control operations. Most of our clients are jewelry brands selling in the United States, and we manage their sourcing and product photography from Bangkok. The role is ideal for a candidate with strong knowledge of the Bangkok jewelry market and a creative eye for design presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Design Sourcing: Explore Bangkoks jewelry markets and suppliers to identify new, trend-driven designs aligned with U.S. client needs.

Photography Management: Plan and oversee photoshoots of sourced jewelry; ensure product visuals meet international e-commerce standards.

Quality Control: Inspect sourced jewelry for craftsmanship, finishing, and material accuracy before client approval.

Procurement: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and coordinate procurement timelines.

Client Collaboration: Work with international clients (primarily U.S.) to understand design briefs, adapt sourcing strategies, and deliver on expectations.

Market Insights: Provide regular updates on design trends and material availability in the Bangkok market.

Requirements

Background in jewelry design, fashion design, or product design (degree preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).

Strong knowledge of the Bangkok jewelry market and supplier ecosystem.

Experience with jewelry photography coordination (understanding lighting, styling, and e-commerce visual standards).

Good eye for detail in QC and design evaluation.

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage sourcing and procurement timelines.

English communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate with U.S. clients.

Ability to work hybrid: partly in the office/photoshoot locations, partly remote.
