Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Jewelry Merchandiser based in Bangkok, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Jewelry Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product display and inventory control, supporting retail sales teams, assisting with marketing and promotional activities, and ensuring an optimal customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities will also include coordinating with suppliers, tracking sales trends, and generating reports to inform merchandising decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Retail environments
• Familiarity with Marketing strategies and tools
• Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising processes
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team setting
• Previous experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing jewellery designs and samples from local vendors
• Coordinate with workshops and designers for product development
• Support pricing, costing, and order follow-ups
• Conduct basic quality checks (design accuracy, finish, and gemstones)
• Assist with packaging and shipment coordination to the USA
• Maintain records related to designs, vendors, samples, and orders
