Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Ko Phangan. The Junior Accountant will support the finance team by managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and preparing periodic financial reports. Other responsibilities include reconciling accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, assisting with tax documentation, and supporting internal audits. This position plays a key role in maintaining the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and practices, including financial record-keeping and reporting.
• Experience with financial software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as good problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different departments.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred.
