What You'll Drive

  • Strategic Meeting Support Assist Strategic Advisors (SAs) in coordinating and attending quarterly strategy meetings (1 hr) and monthly catch-up sessions (30 mins) with students and parents.
  • Academic & Admissions Tracking Help monitor each student's academic standing, test prep schedule, and extracurricular progress to ensure alignment with their admissions goals.
  • Opportunity Research Identify and recommend relevant competitions, extracurriculars, and profile-building opportunities tailored to each student's interests and target universities.
  • Homework Monitoring & Guidance Track student homework progress and provide support, tools, or resources to help them complete assignments effectively.
  • Timely Communications Manage reminders for important deadlines, events, and document submissions to keep students on track.
  • Documentation & Admin Support Maintain accurate student records and provide administrative support for appointments, student engagement, and overall program logistics.
  • Ongoing Student Engagement Act as a key point of contact via Line groups, responding to student queries and supporting SAs between meetings.
  • Essay Review Coordination Support the Essay Review Program by organizing drafts, timelines, and feedback sessions as needed.
  • Smooth Program Transition Coordinate with SAs to ensure students transition smoothly into the university application counseling phase.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with university admissions processes and success factors in the US, UK, Canada, and other major study destinations.
  • Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a student-focused mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and stay current with trends in international education and admissions.
