[Expected Job Scope]
- Provide IT operation support mainly for ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) system, as well as other business applications.
- Collaborate with business users, ETRM vendors, Azure infrastructure engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the operation of supported systems.
- Work closely with internal IT teams and external partners to support projects, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain periodic and ad-hoc reports, including monthly service reports, security log reviews, incident reports, and operational documentation.
- Participate in IT audits and support audit-related activities, including evidence collection and compliance reviews.
- Perform Azure SQL Database administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with management, end users, and IT vendors to investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, reliability, and operational processes.
- Support project team by coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with users and report on issues identified during UAT.
[Necessary IT Skill and Experience]
- Diploma or Master/Bachelor's degree from an accredited polytechnic, university or college in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and SQL databases is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
