We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing campaigns for SEasyCash and ShopeePay Card. This role will focus on campaign operations, coordination, and performance tracking to drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement.
Job Description
- Execute an end-to-end marketing campaigns to achieve business targets and KPIs for SEasyCash and ShopeePay Unlimited Mastercard
- Coordinate with internal teams both local and internal to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives
- Assist in planning campaign mechanics and cross-selling initiatives across Sea Limited's ecosystem, including e-wallet, e-commerce, and digital products
- Support collaboration with external partners for campaign implementation and partnership initiatives
- Track campaign performance and prepare routine reports
- Support ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree and above in marketing, business administration, or any related fields
- 3-5 years of working experience in marketing or campaign management
- Experience in coordinating projects or campaigns with multiple stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic analytical skills with ability to interpret data and performance metrics
- High proficient in English both written and oral communication
- Work experience in fintech, e-wallet, or financial industry is a plus
