Founding Team Opportunity | Equity + DVT Allocation | Remote First

This is a founding team role.

Compensation during the early stage of DAOasis will be provided through equity and DVT token allocation rather than a cash salary.

A salaried structure will be introduced following successful fundraising and product deployment. We are completely transparent about where we are in our journey and we are looking for people who are excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

If you require a salary today, this role is probably not the right fit.

The Opportunity

DAOasis is building a wellness and accountability ecosystem that combines a daily habit app, wearable integrations, structured learning, community participation, and a token powered rewards system.

Our mission is simple:

Help people build healthier routines, learn valuable skills, stay accountable, and be rewarded for long term participation.

As an early developer, you will work directly with our CTO, mobile development team, and blockchain contributors to help bring the DAOasis Companion App to life.

This is not a passive internship.

You will contribute to a live product, participate in technical discussions, and gain hands on experience building a real startup from the earliest stages.

What You Will Work On

• Flutter mobile application development

• Habit tracking and wellness features

• Google Health Connect and Apple HealthKit integrations

• Wallet and Web3 functionality

• Rewards and token systems

• API integrations and backend connectivity

• Learning and community features

• Testing, debugging, and product improvements

• Technical planning and development discussions

What You Will Bring

• Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart

• Basic understanding of Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency

• Experience integrating Google Health Connect and Apple HealthKit

• Familiarity with Git and GitHub

• Strong willingness to learn

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Curiosity and problem solving mindset

Bonus Skills

• Supabase experience

• Firebase experience

• Smart contract knowledge

• Ethereum or Base ecosystem experience

• UI and UX design interest

• Startup experience

• Personal projects or GitHub portfolio
