We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with experience creating promotional and retail communication materials.
This role suits someone who learns fast, pays attention to detail, and enjoys hands-on design work for in-store and marketing visuals.
Responsibilities
- Design and adapt artwork for promotional materials, retail communication, and POSM, such as posters, banners, wobblers, shelf-talkers, standees, and price tags.
- Prepare and release final artwork (AW) following production requirements.
- Ensure artwork accuracy for print and digital usage.
- Work efficiently to meet frequent and time-sensitive design deadlines.
- Follow brand guidelines to maintain consistent visual communication.
- Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, and marketing teams.
- Check layout, text accuracy, font usage, and color settings before releasing AW.
- Organize design files and maintain neat, easy-to-retrieve versions.
Qualifications
- 02 years of experience in graphic design (retail, promotion, or agency experience is a plus; new graduates welcome).
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in file preparation.
- Able to work quickly and maintain quality during promotional cycles.
- Willingness to learn AW preparation, print production processes, and POSM material requirements.
- Knowledge of printing, materials, die-cut lines, and color profiles (CMYK/RGB) is a strong advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of promotional or retail visual communication.
