Role Description
As a Junior HR & Administrative Officer, you will handle a variety of HR and administrative tasks daily, supporting initiatives that enhance our organisation's overall effectiveness. You will be involved in the full range of HR functions from employee management to development.
Key responsibility:
Human Resource
Assist in recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, pre-screening candidates, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including arranging equipment, coordinating orientation sessions, and facilitating documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Assist in monitoring and recording employee attendance, leave, and other entitlements.
Support the execution of employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal communications.
Assist in compliance with HR policies and procedures and contribute to ongoing HR process improvements.
Administrative Tasks
Oversee procurement and purchasing of office equipment and supplies, ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency.
Manage inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain the inventory database.
Provide daily administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, handling travel arrangements, and preparing documentation.
Liaise with office vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure the smooth operation of office facilities.
Maintain general office upkeep to create a comfortable and efficient working environment.
Assist with the organisation of company events, meetings, and workshops.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
4th year university students who are looking for an internship are welcome.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have good computer literacy.
At least an upper-intermediate level of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Able to work in a fast-paced and professional working style.
Desirable requirements
Familiar with HR processes and basic employment law.
Have experience in any HR function.
