About the Role
We're looking for a Junior HR who's passionate work as internal HR. You'll own the end-to-end hiring process for both recruitment and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers to bring in great talent and give candidates a smooth, positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires
- Support other HR generalist tasks as needed (employee records, HR documentation)
- Manage onboarding process for new employee
- Tracking and ensure new employee complete their probation period
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience recruiting IT position or knowledge in IT industry is a plus
