About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Support with a passion for technology who enjoys working with a fast-paced, customer-focused organization. You will be part of a collaborative and talented team, delivering global enterprise logistics capabilities.

As part of our team based in Bangkok you will be involved in supporting our diverse and dynamic team by maintaining and improving the infrastructure and technical issues.

What you will be doing

• Install and configure Moveware and related products on new and existing client sites
• Azure AVD related tasks to support our clients like user administration, set-up and configuration of new clients
• Debugging AVD/Azure/Progress OpenEdge issues related to our products
• Server migrations / Scoping with clients on server/hardware during the server migration process
• Monitoring our Software's health and products on Azure
• Communicating and resolving the above issues via Jira platform to clients, stakeholders or team

What you need to bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT related field
• Excellent communication skills inEnglishboth written and verbal (English language certificate is beneficial e.g TOEIC - m/m 700 or above)
• Experience in Cloud hosting environments, especially Azure and Azure AVD is beneficial
• The following technologies and attributes will be highly regarded:
• - Windows Server 2022, Windows 11
• - Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Group Policy
• -PowerShell scripts / Terraform
• Working with business-critical server applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work accordingly
• Ability to think outside the box, we need problem solvers
• Strong work ethic, reliability, adaptability, and a great team player
