Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the evaluation of hospitality real estate investment opportunities and contribute to all stages of the transaction process, from initial underwriting and due diligence through deal execution and post-investment monitoring. You will gain exposure to investments across multiple markets in Asia Pacific and Europe and work closely with internal teams, external consultants, brokers, legal advisers, and other transaction counterparties.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Financial Analysis: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities, including valuation and return analysis.
• Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by reviewing financial, tax, operational, legal and commercial information and coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.
• Transaction Execution: Assist in the overall deal process, including preparing investment memos, presentations, reviewing transaction documentation.
• Market Research: Conduct market and industry research, monitor comparable transactions, and maintain internal databases to support investment decisions.
• Asset Management and Reporting: Assisting with post-investment management. Updating the investment underwriting and collaborate with AM team on performance reporting.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in real estate investment, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial-modelling and analytical abilities with a sound understanding of finance, accounting, valuation and investment concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven and proactive attitude with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

• CFA designation or progress towards it.
• Experience in institutional investment.
• Knowledge of contract and/or corporate law.
• Background in the real estate or hospitality sector.
