Junior IT Engineer (SAP S/4 HANA Production Rollout) (1 year Contract)

Job Description

• Support Testing & Validation in Integration Testing (IT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), for new functionalities, enhancements, and system configurations within the Production module (e.g., Work Centers, Routings, BOMs, Confirmations).
• Develop and deliver training materials for key users and end-users.
• Conduct training sessions for key users and end-users.
• Provide support to key user and end-users for production module-related incidents after go-live.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and lessons learned.
• SAP data entry & Report

Qualifications

Education Background:

• Bachelor's Degrees in IT, Science, Engineering, or related fields. (welcome new graduates)

Qualifications

• Good command of English (B2 above)
• Have experience in SAP and other ERP systems (will be adventage)
• Being able to understand / execute complex IT processes / interfaces / relations (esp. SAP)
• Strong affiliation with IT tools e.g. SAP, Oracle database, Power BI
• Strive to improve / develop current tools / processes and provide solutions across the plant / BU
• Basic knowledge about production process,presentation skills, IT affiliation
• Able to working night shift during go-live phase
• Ability to work in cross functional teams, with other departments, locations, entities and with different level of hierarchies
• Conceptional thinking & developing new ideas / solutions
• Good presentation skills and being able to present technical topics in an understandable view
• Reliability / working self-responsible with limited guidance/support by supervisor
