About the role

We are looking for a Junior IT Solutions Sales professional who is eager to grow their career in cloud, infrastructure, and AI technologies. In this role, you will support sales activities, learn how to identify customer needs, and contribute to delivering technology solutions that help businesses modernize and transform. This position is ideal for someone early in their IT sales career who enjoys learning, problem-solving, and working with customers.

  • This role is for Thai national only.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities for cloud services, infrastructure solutions, and AI-driven technologies.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their requirements and introduce suitable solutions.
  • Assist in managing the sales cycle including lead qualification, preparing proposals, coordinating meetings, and following up with customers.
  • Work with presales engineers and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer needs.
  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Stay informed about cloud adoption trends, infrastructure solutions, cybersecurity basics, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and project handovers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of opportunities, activities, and customer interactions.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in selling cloud services, infrastructure solutions, IT services, or technology-related solutions.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), networks, or IT infrastructure is preferred.
  • Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn about new technologies and develop consultative selling capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English for documentation and client interactions.
