Job Description

To support the legal team in handling internal corporate legal matters and assist with client-facing legal work, including restructuring and transactional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract drafting and review: Prepare, review, and amend contracts in both Thai and English to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
  • Legal research and advice: Conduct research on various legal issues, prepare reports, and provide legal opinions to support senior lawyers and clients.
  • Regulatory monitoring: Assist in monitoring and complying with local laws and regulations, including those related to corporate law and general compliance.
  • Government and administrative filings: Prepare and file government documents and assist with registration applications or other administrative tasks.
  • Case and file management: Organise and manage case information, monitor calendars, and keep track of deadlines.
  • Liaison and Regulatory Support: Support the legal team in engaging with government agencies and coordinating with external legal counsel as needed.
  • Client-Facing Legal Support: Participate in client-facing projects such as corporate restructuring and advisory work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) (a Master's degree is a plus).
  • 2-3 years of legal experience (new graduates are welcome).
  • Strong understanding of Thai corporate and commercial law.
  • Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
