Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for aJunior Marketing Executive (Education)to support marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, student recruitment, and partnership growth. This role will be part of the marketing planning process and responsible for executing campaigns across digital platforms, events, and outreach activities.

The position works closely with both Sales (B2C) and Business Development (B2B) to ensure marketing efforts support commercial goals and engagement with students, parents, schools, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Contribute to marketing planning discussions and support execution of agreed plans
  • Assist in developing and rolling out campaigns for awareness and lead generation
  • Coordinate timelines, materials, and campaign logistics
  • Track basic performance metrics and prepare simple reports

2. Digital & Content

  • Manage and create content for digital platforms and social media
  • Maintain posting schedules and support day-to-day channel management
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials (social posts, visuals, decks)
  • Stay updated on digital trends and suggest ideas for improvement
  • Willing to learn and develop skills in digital advertising, SEO, and related tools

3. Events & Outreach

  • Support marketing-related events such as study fairs, webinars, workshops, and info sessions
  • Prepare promotional materials and coordinate logistics
  • Assist with on-site event execution when required

4. Sales Support (B2C)

  • Prepare marketing materials and campaigns to support student recruitment
  • Assist with lead tracking and follow-up coordination
  • Support promotions tied to enrollment and test registrations

5. Business Development Support (B2B)

  • Prepare decks, brochures, and outreach materials for partner meetings
  • Support communication with schools, institutions, and partners
  • Assist in marketing initiatives related to partnerships and collaborations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Comfortable with digital platforms and social media
  • Strong Thai communication skills and working proficiency in English
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools

Candidates with samples of academic, internship, or professional work (e.g., campaigns, social media content, promotional materials, or relevant projects) are encouraged to submit a portfolio as part of the application.
