After 5 successful years in Thailand, we're expanding our local team and looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand and customer base.
What You'll Do
- Execute localized marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives.
- Generate qualified leads through social media, events, communities, and training programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners (Meta, TikTok, local agencies, communities, etc.).
- Create engaging local marketing content for the Thai market.
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing activities using data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, or Digital Marketing (SaaS/Tech is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Thailand's SME, e-commerce, and digital ecosystem.
- Experience in lead generation, community building, and event marketing.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Currently based in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Thai nationals are preferred due to the nature of the role and local market engagement.
