Job Purpose
To integrate, govern, and analyze manufacturing data from multiple factory systems and translate it into standardized Power BI dashboards that support manufacturing performance management, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. The role ensures data accuracy, KPI standardization, and actionable insights aligned with Managing Manufacturing Performance (MMP) principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate data from SAP, production lines, utilities, and manual sources into structured analytical datasets.
- Maintain a single source of truth for manufacturing KPIs and ensure data consistency across reports.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards (OEE, waste, yield, trends).
- Develop robust DAX measures aligned with standard KPI definitions.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering, CI, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization).
- SQL and experience integrating SAP manufacturing data.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Process Engineer / Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer in FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, OEE, waste, yield, and loss analysis.
- Ability to translate shop-floor realities into meaningful analytics.
- Familiarity with MMP performance frameworks and KPI governance.
- Basic awareness of GMP / food manufacturing requirements.
Behavioral Competencies
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to data integrity.
- Fact-based mindset and ability to challenge assumptions.
- Comfortable working between factory floor and management reviews.
