Junior Production supervisor (Data Analyst) - Manufacturing

About our group:

Manufacturing department - A department primarily responsible for managing and executing the production of goods or products in accordance with defined goals and plans. It serves as the core of the production process, ensuring that products meet standards, maintain quality, and align with customer demands.

Given our continuous, high-volume production, effective data management is crucial. This includes systematically organizing data and transitioning manual input processes into a structured system using excellent tools that comply with Seagate's policies.

About the role - you will:

• Create and build systemsto support the manufacturing team, enhancing productivity and consistency
• Foster a digital working cultureby promoting the use of technology and digital tools
• Transition manual work to systematic processes using automation and technology solutions
• Leverage AI and Machine Learningto predict trends, optimize processes, and enhance decision-making
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Ability to work both in shifts and office time

About you:

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g.,MSO365, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) to collect, analyze, and interpret production data
• System Development: Ability to create and build systems to support the manufacturing team, enhancing productivity and consistency
• Automation: Experience with automation tools and technologies to transition manual work to systematic processes

Your experience includes:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/manufacturing engineer or management, Data Science, Logistics and Supply chain management or a related field
• Experience in both data analysis and web development
• Experience with statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and documentation
• Experience with web application development using modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English (TOEIC score of 600 is a plus)
• Open to candidates who demonstrate a strong aptitude and willingness to learn, even with less experience
