Responsibilities
This position is required to work in office.
- Testing new requirement for customer satisfaction
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying integrity and availability of all hardware, server resource and key process
- Ensure all inbound support for software products, API, system reporting, webservice queries are addressed in a timely, professional and well-informed manner.
- Solve technical questions related to APIs, 3rd party integrations, as well as new feature complexities.
- Investigate and resolve customer requests and queries using varied ticketing, content, and task management tools.
- To identify and locate errors/bugs in the application developed by company R&D.
- To provide and propose solution related to API and Webhook including addressing basic API Issues
Requirement
- Comfortable to work in Office.
- Knowledge and experience with SQL and APIs
- Degree in any field, with preference in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology
- New Graduated are also welcome.
- Minimum of 1 year experience Backend Dev, Software Engineer, Application support, Software Tester, Automation Developer, System Analyst, API Support or any related field
- Fully computer Literate with experience/Knowledge Application Support and Web Services;
- Knowledge in Java.script, Python would be advantage.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
