We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (IT) professional to support end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, with a focus on IT hardware, data center, and infrastructure-related roles. This role is open to fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in IT recruitment, as well as candidates with relevant recruitment experience.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about talent sourcing, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to learn and grow while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage the recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Focus on recruiting positions related to IT hardware, data center operations, infrastructure, and technical support
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit (training will be provided)
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support offer preparation, pre-employment processes, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with recruitment experience in the IT industry
- Interest or basic understanding of IT roles, especially data center, IT infrastructure, networking, servers, hardware, or technical operations
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, IT, or related fields
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques for technical roles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of responsibility
