Position/Title: Junior Executive - Talent Acquisition

Department: Talent Acquisition

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Shifts (if any): 12:00 PM onwards (candidate should be flexible to work as per business requirement)

Job Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. You will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to ensure a smooth hiring process and bring in candidates who align with our company's culture and goals. This role is ideal for MBA freshers looking to build a career in HR and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Recruiting: Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions through job portals, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work with department heads to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and required qualifications.
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing documentation and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Job Postings: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms to attract the right candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand on various platforms to enhance its image and attract top talent.
  • Data Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports on hiring progress.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to labour laws, regulations, and company policies in all recruitment activities.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job openings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or related fields (Fresher or with internship experience).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and track candidate data accurately.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external recruitment partners.

The Job responsibilities of the candidate shall include but not limited to the Job Description & to perform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company.
