Your impact:
We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 years experience) who has some background in
recruiting software development or IT roles. This position is perfect for someone
early in their TA career but confident with tech hiring basics and eager to grow.
You will support end-to-end recruitment, especially for engineering and product teams, and work closely with hiring managers to bring in strong talent.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Can manage end-to-end hiring for software development roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, QA, Data, etc.).
- Partner with engineering managers to understand role requirements, tech stacks, and team needs.
- Create and refine job descriptions for technical positions.
- Screen candidates for both technical capability and culture fit.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess experience with programming languages, frameworks, and problem-solving approaches.
- Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers and engineering teams.
- Support employer branding initiatives targeted at the tech community.
- Prepare competitive offers aligned with market benchmarks and internal guidelines.
- Facilitate negotiations and ensure smooth handover to HR onboarding.
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to software development or IT hiring.
- Solid understanding of software development roles, tech stacks, SDLC, and engineering team structures.
- Proven experience hiring for roles such as Backend (Node.js, Go, Java, etc.), Frontend (React, Vue), Mobile (iOS/Android), DevOps, QA, and Data, with strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced, high-growth team.
