Salary Range:
Mid-Level to Senior Level - 35,000THB to 45,000THB.
Thai Attorney-at-Law License is a mandatory requirement.
Salary dependant on experience and proven track record. Ability, quality and pace of work must match representations made to obtain a position with our firm.
Must be able to handle both transactional works and litigation/dispute works and balance between those.
It is very important for the work balance in our firm, the appropriate use of resource and time of our existing team, that the candidate in employment with us fulfils their obligation to conduct both transactional and litigation/dispute works, and not being able to do so would be failure to honour obligations.
At this level, the work rate expected for handling engagements is high and multi-tasking several client tasks and objectives in the same day, being dynamic when new instructions appear in the midst of existing works and being able to prioritise without upsetting client expectations or needs is a must-have.
The ideal candidate will possess an international mindset, be able to cope with the practicalities and legalities of working within a team of Thai licensed-attorneys-at-law with Thai and Foreign Management and ensuring advice is compliant and meets the high standards of our practice.
The candidate should be confident but risk aware and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients from a broad spectrum of cultures; countries and backgrounds.
The candidate must be prepared to work hard, efficiently and provide effort that is commensurate with existing team member efforts, client expectations and of the firm. Our firm values work-life balance but also requires a strong work ethic principle and understanding of the value of a committed contribution to work.
Based on workload, within the salary offered, the candidate is expected to work on a Saturday when necessary to complete outstanding or overdue works and also be contactable by clients for urgent matters out of office hours but not as a general rule and with respect to personal and private time.

The candidate must be prepared to work on new areas of law and business, or adapt existing skills and expertise to obtain solutions for clients. Further, the candidate must be prepared to improve systems within the firm and conduct business development with sincerity and interest.
