Manage and support the growth of key merchants across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop by driving revenue performance and ensuring operational excellence.
Provide structured guidance to sellers on platform tools, features, promotional mechanics, and relevant market insights to maximize business performance.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with merchants to understand their business objectives, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Category Management, Search, Marketing, and Operations teams, to improve product visibility and seller performance.
Plan, execute, and monitor onboarding programs and promotional campaigns for new sellers, including performance tracking, analysis, and reporting.
Work closely with local and regional teams to share market insights, align strategies, and implement best practices.
Forecast seller onboarding volumes and develop incubation plans to support the successful launch and growth of new merchants.
Prepare and deliver regular business reviews, weekly progress updates, performance reports, and actionable insights to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales, E-commerce, or other relevant commercial roles.
Strong interest and understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital commerce, and social media ecosystems.
Experience working with social media platforms, online marketplaces, or digital marketing initiatives is an advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and performance-driven environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in English, Thai, and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
