Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and business performance across assigned key accounts and channels
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with customer and market needs
  • Build strong relationships with key business partners to maximize long-term growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and digital teams to enhance channel performance and customer engagement
  • Lead joint business planning and implement initiatives to strengthen market presence and profitability
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
  • Manage promotional activities and trade investments to ensure effective execution and budget efficiency
  • Monitor business performance, inventory movement, and account receivables to support operational excellence
  • Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial processes, and operational standards

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5+ years experience on sales, key account management, background of sales position
  • Experience in FMCG or consumer products industry is preferred
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Good communication skills in English (at least communicable level)
  • Strong coordination and relationship management skills
  • Commercial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
