Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Drive sales and promotion activities to meet commercial goals within assigned accounts.
- Develop and implement account-specific business plans and strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support contract preparation and negotiation.
- Organize customer events and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure accurate CRM data entry and stakeholder mapping.
- Report technical complaints/adverse events within 24 hours.
Essential Requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience managing drugstore accounts or similar retail channels.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills to drive strategic decisions and business growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Working proficiency in English is an advantage.
