Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic account planning and manage relationships with high-value clients.
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for large-scale technology solutions.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and decision-makers to align solutions with business goals.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations, showcasing deep understanding of client industries.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution and post-sales support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior account executives, fostering a high-performing sales team.
- Communicate with clients (CPG-Buyers) in case of issues during the auction process or when additional information is required regarding Incident Management.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and other performance targets.
- Provide detailed reporting on account progress and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in account management or sales, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proficient in using Excel and Word, with a strong command of Pivot Tables (mandatory)
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and achieving exceptional results.
- In-depth knowledge of technology solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Leadership experience or ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.
