Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage the Big C Mini account and drive sustainable sales growth within the Modern Trade channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring excellent execution across sales, merchandising, and promotional activities. This role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Big C Mini account to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while effectively negotiating trade agreements and commercial terms.
  • Manage trade spending and promotional budgets to maximize profitability and return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze sales performance, identify business challenges, and implement improvement plans to enhance business performance.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution aligned with customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective product listing, merchandising visibility, shelf arrangement, and in-store promotional execution within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient ordering processes, stock availability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG business.
  • Experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade channel is an advantage.
  • Own a personal vehicle with a valid driving license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong presentation, sales planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
